2010 Commercial Vendors (pdf file)
Dates: Saturday, October 8th through Saturday, October 15th, 2011.
Hours: All vendors must be open from 9:00 a.m. untill 8:00 p.m. each day of the show.
Move-In: Thursday, October 6th.
Move-Out: All vendors may move out beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 15th. Move-out must be completed no later than Midnight, Sunday, October 16th.
Shipping & Receiving: Please use the following address for deliveries from October 1st through October 15th.

Security: Guards will be posted and roaming the commercial vendor areas between 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. PLEASE NOTE: The show assumes no responsibility for theft or loss of any kind.
Telephone: Information is available through the Fairgrounds office. Please call 405.948.6700.
Lodging: Numerous hotels are located within minutes of the Fairgrounds. Camper hookups are available through the fairgrounds office as well.
Booth Content: All booths come provided with pipe and drapes. Tables and chairs are not provided but are available for rent, as shown on your commerical vendor contract.

Notice: Use of the Grand National logo will not be permitted this year. Any commercial vendors who have contracted and paid the requisite fee for the use of the logo during the 2009-2009-2010 shows may sell any logo-related items remaining in their inventory until depleted. Please sign and return page three of the contract even if you have not been selling logo-related items.
