Don’t Fear the Bearded Ladies
Or, uh, the mustached ladies. If you happen
upon five well-attired women in the stands wearing fake mustaches, they
haven’t toppled their rockers. They are simply wearing facial hair as a
show of support to their friends in the show arena. We hear this originated
from a lost bet at the Medallion in Santa Barbara.

Painting from 3-5pm today.
For the adults, the AMHA, AMHI, NMMH Artisan
Silent Auction opens today, featuring works from professional artists and
craftsmen. The proceeds from this fundraiser go to the Shelburne, VT
capital building campaign to give the facility some much needed TLC. |

At 24 years old, LCS Ice
Princess is the oldest horse competing at the show. She won a world title
in the carriage division, a Grand National championship, and two reserves!
Proof positive that Morgans can do it all, even into their 20’s!
After Hours
The Copa got full after
midnight, with plenty of horse show exhibitors and trainers shakin’ it on
the dance floor. The west coast blondes, and two very well-dressed
Midwestern gals, were more interested in the entertainment.
Tonight, we hear that Club
Rodeo is the place to be, with some more 21+ entertainment.
